The bearer of this notice (“Bearer”) has purchased digital files from Reading Magazine. Bearer is hereby granted permission by Reading Magazine to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints, for personal use only. This permission applies worldwide.
Bearer agrees that he/she may not use any Reading Magazine images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any Reading Magazine images into competition without the express written permission of Reading Magazine.
RDG Magazine retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).
Copyright and Licensing Notice
The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.
Your purchase of the original files releases Reading Magazine from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Reading Magazine from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant to Reading Magazine the right to use and publish images and photographs taken to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use.
Reading Magazine may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Reading Magazine retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
Allowed
Personal electronic distribution, such as for email, social networking sites, and personal blogs.
Prints for personal use of any size and quantity.
Specialty items for personal use of any size and quantity.
Display of images in personal residence or other non commercial venue.
Not Allowed
Commercial electronic distribution, such as for use on a commercial website or revenue generating blog.
Entrance into any contest or other venue which may result in financial gain (monetary or otherwise).
Sale of prints or other materials.
Display of images in any business related (retail or otherwise) or commercial venue.
Any commercial printer is released from liability regarding the duplication of any of the images referenced above.
Alteration of images for display, including cropping and digital color enhancement.
